Product Introduction:

The PCTGY series fully automatic oil-water separator is a new product independently developed by Shanghai Erxi Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. It is manufactured in strict accordance with the technical specifications of the "Food Waste Grease Interceptor." The main structure of the equipment consists of an automatic slag removal system, automatic oil skimming system, air flotation device, and constant temperature device. When wastewater flows into the slag removal system, the system automatically discharges solid impurities. The remaining oil-water mixture is separated by density difference, with wastewater flowing downward along the inclined plate and collected and discharged through the outlet pipe. Oil droplets in the water gather and flow upward along the upper surface of the inclined plate, floating on the water surface. The constant temperature device is primarily designed to prevent the solidification of animal and vegetable oils in winter, which could disrupt the normal operation of the oil-water separator. When animal and vegetable oils are in a low-temperature environment, the constant temperature device automatically activates to heat the oil-water mixture and prevent freezing. Oil dissolved in the water is blown to the surface by the air flotation device, improving oil-water separation efficiency. The oil is then skimmed by the automatic oil skimmer into the oil collection tank and discharged through the oil outlet.

Product Application:

Erxi Environmental's fully automatic oil-water separator is widely applicable for treating wastewater containing animal and vegetable oils in hotels, restaurants, cafeterias, and food processing plants. It is also suitable for treating industrial wastewater containing mineral oils from oil fields, petrochemical plants, ships, gas stations, car washes, garages, machinery processing, and coking operations. Additionally, it can be used in conjunction with other water treatment systems.

Four Major Functional Systems:

1. Automatic Slag Removal

When slag-containing wastewater enters the Erxi Environmental fully automatic oil-water separator, the slag removal system separates the slag from the oil and water and automatically discharges the waste slag.

2. Automatic Oil Skimming

When the oil level in the oil-water separator reaches a certain height, the mechanical oil skimming system automatically activates, skimming the floating oil into the collection tank, which then flows into an external oil storage barrel. The barrel is periodically removed once full.

3. Air Flotation Device

The oil-water separation area of the Erxi Environmental fully automatic oil-water separator is equipped with an air flotation device. This device consists of a micro blower and a microporous aerator. Air flotation separation is the most effective method for removing微小悬浮物 and oils with a specific gravity close to water. The micro-bubble generator in the dissolved air system rapidly decompresses to release a large number of fine bubbles in the water. These bubbles adhere to suspended solids or oils in the raw water (or coagulated wastewater), forming suspended matter with an overall density less than 1, which rises to the surface due to buoyancy for solid-liquid separation (while also reducing BOD, COD, color, etc.).

4. Constant Temperature System

To prevent animal oils from solidifying in winter and affecting oil separation and skimming efficiency, the automatic oil skimming separator provided by Erxi Environmental is equipped with a heater in the oil collection area. This ensures that fats do not solidify into blocks at low temperatures, facilitating smoother oil discharge.
